Population Distribution: In Tokyo there is 6,029 people per kilometre. Tokyo’s population has gone up a lot since 1920 when there was only around 4 million compared to the most recent measurement in 2013 when there were around 13 million people in Tokyo. The population in the Day time is higher than the amount at night time. In 2005 there were around 14 million people in Tokyo in the day compared to night time when there was around 12 million people. This is probably because of the amount of people from other places to Tokyo’s for work, because Tokyo has large company and business basses which mean a lot of people come for those reason for their works.
